Polystab E-81MH

POLYSTAB E-81MH is totally compatible with the resin of poly (vinyl chloride), PVC and its additives, allowing an excellent color control, crystal brightness, high shine, high chemical resistance and low extractability. It does not cause any problems of exudation or plate-out. POLYSTAB E-81MH provides very good results in processes of extrusion, calendering and molding by injection. POLYSTAB E-81MH requires an optimal balance of lubrication. POLYSTAB E- 430 can be considered as a multipurpose stabilizer to process rigid and plasticized poly vinyl chloride, PVC of general use. It gives good transparency to elaborated items. Polystab E-84
|
POLYSTAB E-84 is a butyl tin stabilizer, carboxylate type. It is a thermal stabilizer of butyl tin presenting good efficiency among the stabilizers of its type (Sulphur free). It provides good transparency and resistance to light and to the compounds of rigid and plasticized poly vinyl chloride, PVC. However, the initial color is inferior to that obtained with tin and Sulphur stabilizers. Its main quality is the stability to light and it is especially used in processes of sheet extrusion and blowing of rigid and semi-rigid films of general use. POLYSTAB E- 84 has a good performance with both suspension and emulsion resins. POLYSTAB E- 84 is appropriate for flexible formulation where low residual odor is required. The use POLYSTAB E- 84 is recommended with a good level of lubrication to prevent the compound adhere to the metallic surfaces of the equipment. The concentration and type of external lubricant is especially important.

For those applications where good light properties are required, it is necessary to reinforce the formula by incorporating stabilizers to light. The use of POLYSTAB E-486 provides an excellent stability to heat and good color retention, thus substituting more expensive products without changing the operation conditions. Polystab ZC-61

POLYSTAB ZC-61 is a liquid Calcium-Zinc complex thermal stabilizer used for the stabilization of plasticized poly (vinyl chloride), PVC compounds of general use. POLYSTAB ZC-61 is mainly used in the stabilization of plasticized compounds of poly (vinyl chloride), PVC, plastisole type and organosole type where air liberation and a stable viscosity are facilitated. It is recommended in covering processes such as synthetic leather, floors, etc. It can also be used in processes of rotational molding and vacuum molding in the manufacture of toys, dolls and technical items. Usage of POLYSTAB ZC-61 provides good transparency to compounds and high resistance to heat. It is also recommended in the stabilization of general use plasticized compounds with suspension resins.
